Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the property management services provided by Bee Property Investment Ltd, registered in England and Wales (No. 14820973), operating from Kastanienallee 41, 10435 Berlin, Germany.

Scope of service. Management is provided under a separate written agreement signed for each property. The fee levels on this website are indicative starting prices; the fee for your property is confirmed in that agreement.

No online payment. This website does not offer online payment. Fees are invoiced according to the signed agreement.

Information without obligation. Property valuations, rental estimates and content on this site are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. Market conditions change.

Liability. We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation is breached and the damage is typical and foreseeable.

Cancellation and refund. Either party may terminate a management agreement with three months’ notice in writing to the end of a calendar quarter. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable; fees relating to a period not yet started are refunded within 14 days of cancellation. Any refund is made to the account from which the original payment was made.

Governing law. German law applies to services provided from our Berlin office. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
