What we collect. When you send an enquiry we process the name, email address, number of properties and message you provide. Our hosting provider logs standard access data such as IP address, browser type and time of access in order to keep the site available and secure.

Cookies. This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, and optional cookies for statistics. You can accept all cookies or allow only the necessary ones using the choice in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Legal basis. We process personal data on the basis of your consent (contact form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (server logs).

Retention. Enquiry data is deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to info@beeproperty.org and we will respond within one month.

Refunds and cancellation. This website provides information and accepts enquiries; it does not sell services online, so no payment is taken and no refund can arise from using the site. If you have commissioned paid property management services, our fees are invoiced under the separate written agreement for each property; cancellation terms, including any refund of amounts paid in advance, are set out in that agreement and take effect from the date of written cancellation by either party.

Local operations. Bee Property Investment Ltd provides property management services in Germany from its Berlin office. We do not hold a German commercial register entry.
